Choice comfort has helped with our cooking and heating needs multiple times. They are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Finley has worked on our house several times and has done an outstanding job each time - our home is old and installation can be challenging- all the work done by choice comfort and their staff is outstanding and I recommend without reservation

Matt Gibson serviced my main HVAC system for the Spring checkup and my Mitsubishi mini split systems on March 23, 2019. Matt is an excellent service technician, and in addition to being most courteous, friendly and meticulous about “causing no harm,” he has obviously self-studied his profession and craft which enables him to provide top-of-the-line results for his customers. Matt is no ordinary tech (not that any of Choice Comfort’s techs are mediocre), but his service exceeds expectations. Thanks, Paul for sending Matt out and having techs like him on your team. When Choice Comfort Services bought out Matt's previous employer, Kettering Heating and Air, I didn't hesitate signing a 1-year basic service agreement provided Matt continued to service my HVAC. The technician (Caleb) showed me step by step what was wrong with our furnace and presented multiple options regarding the necessary repairs to meet our budget and long term plans. Highly recommend.
