Mike was fantastic!!!
He identified the problem with our air conditioner (the capacitor) immediately! Called the manufacturer to obtain our warranty information for us, fixed the problem within 30 minutes!
I now have cold air filling my home in the middle of a hot Ohio summer!!!
If we have any problems in the future we will be calling Choice Comfort Services!

I was not home for this appointment. My mom met the technician and was there while he serviced the furnace. Mom said Jacob was awesome! She told me I would have loved him. If mom said it, it must be true! Mom told me he vacuumed, cleaned up a whole bunch of stink bugs he found, and even installed the filter I had previously purchased! Shortly after his visit I received an email with his service notes. Given all this I would not hesitate in using Choice Comfort Services again, and would request Jacob.

Today we had Matt from Choice Comfort to perform fall furnace check-up, part of the yearly maintenance plan. Matt was very thorough and worked very hard to clean up and then tested our furnace units to make sure they are running well. He even pointed out one plumbing safety issue to us that we were not aware of. He tested the whole house carbon monoxide level to make sure there is no safety concern when running the furnaces. We were very satisfied of the services Matt performed today and would highly recommend this company to other customers who are seeking a reputable and trust worthy HVAC company.

Repair service and inspection was scheduled on day of call and was brought further forward with staff in area.
Technician was courteous, knowledgeable and highly professional. Furnace issue was diagnosed and reset immediately, with thorough follow-up and safety checks.
First time call. Will definitely repeat and recommend. -

Matt Gibson was so helpful. Arrived ahead of schedule, worked diligently, and helped us solve some big issues! Thankfully our problem was solved with a quick fix, but in the future we will be using him for an HVAC issues . Highly recommend using this company and this technician!
