2017 The guys were great! They answered all of my questions and even double checked my self-installed thermostat and were able to fix it so I could run the fan independently of the furnace. It's never a purchase that anyone truly plans for, Choice Comfort made it very easy. Thank you!

2020 Barry, Aaron and Tommy came to add air conditioning to my furnace I purchased a few years ago from Choice Comfort. Same great service I have always received. Thank you for making this so easy.

Our installers were very personable and worked the entire time to get it finished as soon as possible. They had a positive attitude and were very friendly and tolerable with our 3 dogs, which made a huge difference, I didn't have to worry about if the dogs were in the way. Great guys!

We had a New Furnace installed 3 Years ago and Today a New Carrier Air Conditioner. Everything was Nice and Neat. I give them an Overall Superior Rating.

I want to thank Choice Comfort for fixing my central air so quickly and easily. It was only a bad capacitor, which I guess only lasts 18 years. I called the order in on a holiday weekend and although they couldn't come over the weekend, he showed up early on Monday to make the repair.

Love the professionalism of this company and Bob who services my system. They have given me good quality yearly maintenance service, always timely and thorough. Respects my home and me by wearing foot coverings and now a mask. Appointments are easy to make and office staff are pleasant and friendly as well. I’ve been very happy with my service since my system was installed in 2011.

I've known the owner for several years now in a business capacity, and I can honestly tell you there's no one better at caring for his employees or the people they serve. He truly wants the best outcome for everyone and every situation, and he works hard to make sure things are done to the best standards. Many companies can offer great service, but seeing behind the background of the business isn't usually possible. If you want to work with a business that's as good in the background as they are in front of people, you've found the right one.

Only used Choice Comfort 2 or 3 times now, but they seem to have their act together more than a lot of companies I've dealt with over the years. I recommend them for good quality work and professionalism.

Tommy did an amazing job. Very courteous, walked me through the installation. He had on a mask and gloves to protect us during the installation. On the 2nd day we had heavy rain and winds. Tommy pulled out a large beach umbrella and both he and Anthony finished the installation to make sure our AC unit was up and running. This was far above and beyond.
I design HVAC systems, I know what is required. Tommy did it perfect.
I had 4 other companies quote and Choice Comfort has the best value.
Also they take care of all the rebates. I checked, they gave us the full total of the rebates.

We have been using Choice Comfort for many years & have always had good experiences with them. They are friendly, professional, and always reliable. Awesome customer service!

I had a great experience with my service technician, he was very professional and Covid ready ( face mask, shoe covering ) was very much appreciated. My technician explained my problem, what I needed to do to prevent it again and didn't over charge for the fix or recommended unnecessary repair. I would recommend Choice Comfort to friends and family.

Installation of the heat pump was done quickly, very professionally, and efficiently. Very respectful on social distancing, cleanliness, and informative for the new Heat Pump system. Great job on install and Now hoping our new Carrier Heat Pump system will last for the next 15 year (at least).

HUGE kudos to Dustin!! He just completed the 2-day install of my top-of-the-line Carrier AC/heat pump. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable and meticulous with all the details of removing the previous unit and associated hardware and installing the new. At no time did it ever seem he was rushing through the job/anxious to call it a day—very devoted to properly installing this new system. He cleaned up after the job—ensuring nothing was left in the lawn or inside my home. I now have a state of the art home heating and cooling system and you have a gem of an employee!!
