Choice Comfort installed a ductless mini-split heat pump system at our home and we were very pleased! Greg, Dustin and Tommy were so polite and very easy to have around. They were prompt and worked very hard. I could tell they took pride in their work. There were very professional. I liked that they put on shoe covers every time they came into the house. Our air conditioning unit stopped working on a 90 degree day. I contacted Choice Comfort and they were able to schedule service The same day. The office was extremely courteous and kept in contact with me throughout the day. The technician identified and fixed the issue quickly.

Our technician, Mike, was prompt, professional, friendly, and had our furnace back up and running quickly. He answered all of our questions, made recommendations, and gave advice for future troubleshooting. Choice Comfort was the only local company who could come to our house the same day we called. Great experience!
