I am very satisfied with Choice Comfort Services. Scheduling personnel and customer services were personable, responsive, and professional. The technicians that installed my new furnace were very professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what is reasonably expected. I very much appreciate their attention to detail and their technical ability. I couldn’t be happier with the service that they provided. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Furnace was not working during a winter storm and Choice Comfort was able to get a tech out to get the heat back on. The operators on the 24/7 emergency line were helpful. Since it was evening and service tech were backed up, was told someone would call after 8 in the morning. The call came at 7:45 and the tech was here a little after 8...IN A SNOW STORM. Ryan found the problem and fixed it very quickly. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what happened and options and time frame for the replacement of my 25 year old system. I was so impressed with the service, for the first time, I signed up for a maintenance agreement to try to squeak a little more time out of the old system.

This is an excellent company that I would happily use again. Their technicians were extremely friendly and professional. The quote for additional duct installation was reasonable and the job was professionally completed. They were great about observing recommended COVID protocols and my doggo loved the attention they gave him while we discussed the installation! Time to complete the installation was as expected.

We heard unusual noises coming from our furnace although it was heating normally. Choice Comfort Services was very responsive and dispatched a technician to our home within 2 hours. The service was professional and affordable and we were provided with the status of our system components following the service call. Highly recommend.

Time to have service completed was great. The technician was polite, respectful and went over everything he did. Technician arrived on time and protective measures were taken.

Called them at around 10 am and by 11 am Jimmy showed up to take care of my water softener issue. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly he arrived. I had a boat load of questions for Jimmy and he was so patient and friendly. He made me feel as if my concern was his concern. I highly recommend this company!

Highly Recommend!!! Comfort Choice has been great to work with for installing our HVAC system! On the front end, Mike and Berry were fabulous to work with getting us what we wanted and keeping us informed on our order. Rachel was pleasant and patient with me on the phone every time I called. Finley, TJ, and Travis did an amazing job with the install. The attention to detail they provided on the install and answering all my questions have given me the peace of mind my family will be safe and warm this winter as well as nice and cool next summer!

For the past year, we have been enjoying the crew at Choice Comfort as they take care of our primary residence as well as our three rental homes. I've seen Mike most often, and Travis recently spent a day doing great work and being so nice to talk to and work with. We are also using their maintenance plan on all four properties. Great company.
