I was very impressed from the time they showed up until the time they were done installing the ac and heating system. They cleaned up well after the service was completed. They showed up when they said they would. They explained everything they were do and if I had a question they took the time to answer without feeling that I was bothering them. Overall excellent job.

Jason with Comfort Choice was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Rachel and Chrissy were supportive, patient, and reliable with scheduling and follow up. A great team I’ll use in the future, and recommend to others.

Travis and Tommy installed my new AC unit today, which I’m very pleased with. The were fast, friendly, efficient, extremely professional and showed great teamwork. They took the time to explain things and asked several times if I had any additional questions for them. They made sure the new unit was running appropriately and the temperature began to drop in my house before leaving and no mess left behind. Thank you Choice Comfort for getting our house back in cool working order in a timely manner.

I recently had my HVAC system replaced by Choice Comfort, and I have to say I am very pleased with the overall experience! The men showed up on time on Day 1 and were very polite and professional. They made sure to ask at several points if I had any questions. Upon leaving for the day, their work area was returned in spotless condition!
