We recently purchased a small condo in Troy. I called them to service the furnace which hadn't been serviced in years. The appointment was easily made, the service tech arrived on time and performed the service in a professional and timely manner. I then contacted them to replace all facets, shut-offs, toilets, and cabinets in two bedrooms. Once again the appointment was easily made, two plumbers arrived on time and spent the day completing all work. The work was done professionally with good communication. They were very neat and respectful of the property. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Service technician was very knowledgeable, personable, and polite. He used the recommended precautions during these COVID times. His work was thorough, the job was done superbly, and he was very mindful to protect our flooring/property when coming into our home. Great experience. Jimmy and David did a great job on the plumbing for a bathroom addition in our house. They were great about finding out exactly what we needed and explained what they would do to get the job done. The plumbing and drains were very well done all in 1 day and they left the area spotless.

I’m very mechanical so paying someone to work or preventative maintenance my furnace is uncomfortable but I decided to try CC. Mike was the Technition. He was on time and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to show me parts he removed and cleaned before reinstalling. Showed me multimeter readings and explained what the acceptable variances.
