- Comment: I have used ChoiceComfort several tims and found them to be prompt, professional and courteous. They have always arrived within their 2 hour time window and called when near The technians, usually Matt, are well trained and quickly diagnose problems, and I have never had to call them back for same issue. They exemplify the high level of service that I've come to expect from Logan Master Appliance, the agency that first referred me to them. I can't recommend highly enough and will definitely call them when I have an issue or it's time to replace my heat pump.
